Common questions
How many videos can I make for free?
The first 5 saved videos are free. After that you get 2 more every month. Scripts are unlimited, and free videos have no watermark.
The count lives in your iPhone’s keychain, so deleting and reinstalling the app usually doesn’t reset it. Pro removes the limit.
I paid for Pro, but the app shows the free plan.
Open Settings in AnyCue and tap Restore Purchases, or tap Restore on the upgrade screen. Make sure the iPhone is signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy Pro.
If Pro still doesn’t switch on, email us with the date of the purchase. The Apple receipt email has the order details.
Where are my scripts and videos stored?
Only on your iPhone, inside the app. AnyCue has no cloud sync of its own, so we can’t see them and can’t recover them for you.
They can end up in an iCloud or computer backup of the iPhone if you make one. Deleting the app deletes them, except videos you saved to Photos or shared to other apps, so save the takes you want to keep.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose AnyCue and tap Cancel Subscription. Do it at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel the subscription.
