Terms of Use

AnyCue: Teleprompter for Video (“AnyCue”, “the app”) is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). By downloading or using AnyCue you agree to it. This page adds the details about Pro purchases that the standard EULA leaves to each app.

Who we are

AnyCue is published by Evgenii Balabanov, a self-employed developer (autónomo) registered in Spain, NIE Z1593790X, Avenida Gaspar García Laviana 50, 33210 Gijón, Asturias, Spain (“we”, “us”). In the standard EULA, we’re the “Application Provider”. Write to us at support@anycue.app.

The free plan

AnyCue is free to download. On the free plan you can write as many scripts as you like and save 5 videos to start, then 2 videos every month after that. Rehearsing without recording doesn’t count toward the limit, and free videos have no watermark.

Pro

Pro removes the video limit and adds the Pro features listed in the app. You can buy it two ways, both through the App Store:

• a monthly subscription;
• a yearly subscription.

The app shows the current price in your currency before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.

How subscriptions renew

• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (a month or a year) unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends, at the same price unless Apple told you about a change in advance.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in the Settings app on your iPhone: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then AnyCue. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
• Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Apple handles all payments, so refunds go through Apple too. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your content

Your scripts and videos are yours. They stay on your iPhone, and we don’t get a copy. Keep your own copies of anything you want to keep: if you delete the app, its scripts and videos go with it, except videos you saved to Photos or shared to other apps. How we handle the little data that does leave the device is in the Privacy Policy.
